Beef OP Ribs – Plain or Marinated
OP – stands for Oven Prepared. These ribs are very popular for BBQ or Weber cooking. Also know as the cowboy steak, or standing rib steak and if it has a long bone – a tomahawk steak – it is a single rib cut from the centre of a full rib of beef. This cut is thick and chunky, it makes cooking it (to perfection) much easier for a homecook. Choose Plain and add your own flavour and choose marinated in Port Wine & Garlic.
