Looking for a piece of beef to cook low and slow – this is it. We stock both Bindaree & Cape Grim beef brisket which is a great cut for cooking in a smoker. Rub with your favourite seasoning or buy one of our Deep South East Dry Rubs. Slow cook for 3 – 4 hours, take out and smother with your favourite sauce, wrap in foil and cook for another hour. Cook with the fat side up so as the meat cooks and fat melts it bastes the meat to keep it moist.
